With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Denys has a proven track record of building and scaling successful products and high-performing teams. Before founding Performetry, he led the Trust and Safety department for Pages, Groups, and Events at Meta, ensuring the integrity and safety of billions of users. At Google, he managed the company’s second-largest global budget, enhancing efficiency and productivity for over 3,000 employees in the Google Cloud organization.
As an expert contributor to the Forbes Business Council, Denys shares valuable insights on business, people management, and HR best practices. Passionate about leveraging data and technology to unlock the potential of individuals and organizations, he combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership.
