Revati Kasture is the Executive Director at CARE Ratings, with over 25 years of experience in business growth across India, Africa, and Nepal. In October 2024, she became CEO of CareEdge Global IFSC Limited (CGIL), a subsidiary of CARE Ratings specializing in global scale and sovereign ratings. Previously, she led the Criteria and Policy Department, overseeing rating criteria, policy models, and regulatory interactions.
Throughout her career, Revati has spearheaded multiple departments at CARE Ratings, including large corporate ratings, industry research, and human resources. Notable achievements include setting up the Care Knowledge Centre and Ci3 ratings workflow, as well as establishing the Centralized Processing Team for INC cases. Her leadership skills have driven high-performing teams of over 200 analysts and managers.
Revati is a recognized thought leader, delivering presentations at industry forums like FICCI and Assocham and contributing articles to prominent journals and financial publications. She co-authored India’s first certification course in Credit Analysis (CCRA).
An all-India merit rank holder Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, she has received awards like ICAI’s Professional Achiever-Woman and India’s Top 100 Women in Finance. She serves on advisory boards and councils for financial market development and academic institutions.
