Scott Werbel is a Partner at The Ardent Companies with offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, London and New York – $4.3B in capital deployment & ownership of assets in a robust range of CRE asset classes including urban & suburban office, high street retail, shopping centers, flex, industrial, hospitality and multifamily in US, UK, Ireland and British Virgin Islands — as well as investments in land development and vertical construction. Scott runs all international transactions and is responsible for acquisitions as well as the debt originations of Ardent Financial Fund debt platform.
