Christina Wing founded Wingspan Legacy Partners to help Founders and Families navigate the intersections between Family dynamics, business operations, wealth, legacy, and philanthropic impact. She believes Families have an outsized opportunity to affect societal change, and with the right guidance, can be global leaders.
Christina is on the faculty of Harvard Business School (HBS) where she focuses her research primarily on topics surrounding Family Enterprises. She created a course titled “Demystifying Families in Business,” which covers family dynamics, operating companies, Family offices and legacy opportunities. She has also taught first-year Technology Operations Management (TOM) and Leadership and Corporate Accountability (LCA) courses. Christina chairs HBS’ executive education program, Families in Business, and co-chairs the Family Office and Rising Generation programs. She frequently teaches in the HBS/Young Presidents’ Organization programs internationally.
